Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room. I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

The room was stunning and spacious with its own private plunge pool! It is a different world to the hustle and bustle of the rest of Delhi.
The restaurant in the courtyard was a fantastic place to relax for a drink and meal in the evening.
