the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.

Room are spacious and clean

Staffs are helpful and cooperative
I woul like to mention some of there names Amit and Zeena with there collgues from the reception.
Lalite the old energetic man in the loopy who do every thing to make you staying is memorial.
The driver Mr sing was informative.

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room. Restaurant staff remembered exactly what we ordered the day before and always asked if we wish to order the same thing, an

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. This is a green oasis in the middle of New Delhi. Very good location, 5 mins walk from the lovely Lodi Gardens, 10 mins walt to the Metro. Extraordinary location. Beautiful gardens within the guest house compound in the centre of Delhi is almost unheard of. Excellently priced. Highly Recommended. More so if you are tired of the glass and steel of the 5 star chain hotels

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

Being a first time traveller to India on business, choosing The Royal

Location was so good for getting around Delhi. Could walk to may locations--or one block from metro station--or take a motorized rickshaw from just outside the gate. Coming back to the hotel was like coming into a refuge--quiet and calm. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and lasted thur dinner!
