the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this

We had a nice and modern room. The included breakfast was very tasty,
thank you! On the roof of the hotel there was a shared balcony with a
city views and tables - very nice place to be when the day is over)
Staff was really helpful, responsive and kind. Right in the front of the
hotel we've met Shiva from perfecttaxiservice.com, who showed us
most of city attractions - temples, parks, restaurants, market places.

The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi.

Staffs are helpful and cooperative

Lalite the old energetic man in the loopy who do every thing to make you staying is memorial.

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean facilities, super welcome and quick service. Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room. All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Very good valie for money. -

Bloomrooms is absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed,
excellent staff, and a hot shower. Room was serviced daily and the
towels were white and fluffy. There was a Reverse cycle air conditioner
which was welcome during the Delhi winter.

The owner, Aditya, was extremely helpful - he suggested places to go around town, helped us book a day trip to the Taj Mahal, and arranged rides to and from the airport.
There were free mangoes and bottled water in the communal fridge.
The A/C in our room proved crucial for surviving the Delhi summer heat.
Defence Colony is apparently one of the safer neighborhoods in Delhi. We didn't run into any trouble while we were there. The place is gated and guarded. There is a nice park nearby.

The hotel ambiyance is very good. The staff is very Hunble and Polite. The hotel is clean and Guest comfort are Top Priority. The SPA faculty and Facility is amazing. I did like to go again and again for SPA and whole body Massage. -

Silet place relatively to mail bazar and conought place and carol bang. Price about 70usd is ok for this normal hotel if comparing to Delhi prices. If you can afford 70usd instead of 30 at carol bang or main bazar - do it and Delhi will look to you more friendly. Moreover wifi is stable, breakfest is safe) Catch riksa from here and go anywhere. -

The room was comfortable and the bathrooms neat and clean. Metro stations are walking distance. the best part of this hotel is its proximity to the best restaurants and shopping place.
