This was the most luxurious place we stayed on our visit to India. Moses responded to my e-mails promptly and arranged pick-up from the train station and a car to take us to the Taj Mahal and on to Jaipur the next day; Rabi, our driver, was not only an excellent driver (very important on Indian roads filled with horse-drawn carts, water buffalo, cars driving in the wrong direction etc.), but an enthusiatic guide. We were greeted on arrival at the hotel and had a wonderful restful evening after.
όλα τα σχόλια » Check in was smooth .Room size was big which makes us feel very comfortable as we have 2 young kids with us and and free space is sometimes not available in smaller rooms. All the basics facilities were very well taken care of and staff was supportive. My wife went for spa and kind of liked the experience.. Staff were excellent - very helpful and informative. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, food at the buffet resterant was good value for money - and the location of the hotel was great for seeing the main sights such as Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. We really enjoyed our stay here. Despite some initial hiccups in providing the room , everything else was 5* quality in Howard. Right from the rooms, cleanliness, wonderful breakfast spread and the courteousness of the staff. the hotel and room are very clean. price/quality very good. lovely view of the taj mahal on the roof terrace. nice and helpful staff. breakfast box if you leave the hotel at 5. Excellent location, within 15 min walk of the taj. Very nice food at good prices: best food we've had in India so far. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool area. We have to check out very early and they prepared us a lunch box!! Were awesome. It has a top roof restaurant very good were you can see the sun set seing the Taj Mahal!!. VERY GOOD HOTEL, situate at very good location, good hospitality services, cleanliness & comfort, it is value for money. Friendly staff always available. Wifi working nicely if you get a new access code daily. Good restaurant. Large, clean room, good breakfast, nice roof top bar, nice pool area. Very close to the Taj Mahal AC was good staff was nice. It is in the center and convenient . The staff is likable. Breakfast is good. Staff was very helpful. Food quality was good. Near to all major attractions. It was a value for money hotel. Really there was nothing we didn't like. Food quality was not up to mark and needs drastic improvement. Everything was good - just that they ran out on city maps and sightseeing books- but they still gave us a print out of key locations which was so thoughtful. really nothing. Free wifi was only available in your room for one hour (always free in public areas). only 1 hour free wifi, but internet signal was very poor... The toilet could use some renovation. Wifi is just free for 1 hour in a day. Must have choice in Tea/Coffee E.G. Green Tea was not available during the breakfast. Staff very laid back. Not responsive. Breakfast buffet awful. Kettle not working and had to remind twice for replacement. Room safe not working and inspite of reminding 3 times no one responded. Roof-top terrass. A bit worn down, especially bathrooms. The surroundings are noisy. A pool is dirty. Common area requires upgradation. Not value for money as per city hotel tariffs at this time of the year. My expectations, if any ended the moment I arrived after driving around 350km, it was raining and ended up parking the car myself and getting drenched as all hotel drivers were busy. In the evening was feeling a bit feverish and asked reception for basic Paracetamol tablets, which they didnt had and gave me a lecture on hotel policy that staff cant be sent out to even buy basic meds for the guests. Finally I ended up talking to the duty manager who provided me with the medicines.
