I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

The flat is really nice and we enjoyed our time! The location is perfect
for sightseeing, shopping, go to the restaurant etc Close to the Nyugati
train station and tram/metro lines. Nearby the opera and Szimpla

Everything was perfect from A to Z. Right after my booking I received an email from the staff with the confirmation and all the information I needed. I spent the last two weeks of October 2013 at Corvin Lux apartments.
I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. Very nice hostel, quiet and has no-shoes policy, so you got to put slippers on to be able to walk inside the hostel (which is fine with me as I don't wear shoes at home either). Rooms are very warm, and since I'm used to lower temperatures I had to open windows a few times to get some cool air in...

These are really excellent, comfortable apartments with everything you
need to make you feel like you're at home whilst you're in an

1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was

the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay
my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and
comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were

It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return. We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we
needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to
contact anyone. Plus the cleaning lady lives next door so if we needed
any clean towels she was there.The room we had, Raphaello, was a very
big room and it was lovely with big high ceilings and big windows.

The apartment is spacious with high celling which makes the apartment cooler. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable.
The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner!
Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.
