  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. The room was lovely, very moder - Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and fixed sandwiches to take with us.   My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional.   These are really excellent, comfortable apartments with everything you need to make you feel like you're at home whilst you're in an amazing foreign city. I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones.   We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.
