Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.

Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). - The room was exactly as in the pictures,good size , clean

The deluxe room had very nice furniture and bathroom, and not manyhotels in this price class offer possibility of private parking - Staff assistance with opera tickets, car rental and city tour choices.

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Always at the desk and willing to go above and beyond to help. Staff called the airport shuttle to make sure they were coming to pick me up. Public parking available outside (free on weekends). Good location if by car or do not mind to walk or change public transportation. Not expensive restaurants in the vicinity. Very friendly English-speaking staff. Rooms facing yard are very quiet. Water heater with tea bags and instant coffee (inc. caffeine-free) in the room. Air conditioner on at the time of arrival.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.
