  Very friendly and helpful staff Good location - just next to metro line, short walk distance to both Pest centre, and nightlife centre. Nice communal areas. There is also wall sized map of Budapest with marked places worth visiting, which I find really good idea. - friendly & helpful staff. Good kitchen facilities. Close to all sights.

  Everything was excellent. staff was nice, room was clean and apartment was totally equiped (plates, cups, settings, pots, saucepans), which was wonderful. hotel was really close to the center of town and only 50 metres to subway station. I can only recommend this hotel. simply 5 stars - brand new modern apartment, great location (sights, train stat... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ion, metro) good, friendly and helpful staff (my airline lost the luggage. they called them for me a few times to arrange delivery), nice balcony, in-suite laundry was sweet.

  For the price the appartment was exceptional. Many of the fixtures were brand new, including a power shower.   Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Would definitely recommend this apartment ro - Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area.   Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  The apartment was perfect for our stay. The air-conditioning was really welcome after a hot day's sight-seeing and we had everything we needed. The apartment was an easy walk to many main attractions and for a family of four was a really cost-effective way to enjoy Budapest. The lady who met us arrived promptly and showed us around.   The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
