The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel

We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

For the price the appartment was exceptional. Many of the fixtures were brand new, including a power shower. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

My feeling was very good. We arrived later but staff was OK to wait for us after 11pm. Artist residence is big flat, in the middle is kitchen and there is 8 rooms to sleep, each room has lock code. Toilet and bathroom was very good, clean and there was also hairdryer. Our room was small but OK and we had balcony and city view. People staying there were friendly and helpful. Mentha apartment is in the new building that is situated in a peaceful and quiet area. There are enough parking places on the street around the building if you are coming by car.

The host Gabor picked us up from the airport at midnight with no extra charge and was very friendly. He even took us on a quick night tour of the city pointing out landmarks and places on interest. Also Gabor offered to take us to the supermarket if we needed supplies. He took us into his apartment and explained the metro to us. The apartment was very clean and easy to stay in. The staff was very friendly, to begin with. I had problems with my card when i made the reservation and they were nice and didn't make a big problem about this.
The apartments were in the center, so close to everything and very very spacious and comfortable. They have everything you might need including an ironing machine and a hairblower and all sorts of stuff in the kitchen. We were very surprised we could get such a nice place, with such a good location with what we thought was a low price.

The City Hotel Budapest is in an excellent location, it is close to the main streets and restaurants and it is only a short walk from the danube and other tourist attractions. Stayed there for the second time. After visiting other hotels at a
higher rate with less convenience, I found this hotel was quite a good
one. If you reach there by train, take m2 and just one stop to Blaha
Lujza ter. Walk along Jozsef korut towards Baross U. Take about 10 mins.
If you reach by plane, take bus no. 200E from airport to the last stop.
Then take the metro m3 to station Kalvin ter. About 7-min walk to reach
the hotel.

Very nicely and newly equiped apartement for a very low price. Corvin plaza shoping centre is only about 50m far and metro station is in 5 min walking distance. Residence is palced very near to the city centre and the service is on top quality. I can only recommand, it was beautiful weekend. -

Thoroughly loved the apartment, it was larger than expected and the five of us were very comfortable. A short walk to the metro or tram gives access to the city. Budapest is a great city and definitley worth visiting and Brigitta made us feel at home from the start. Don't miss this beauty in district nine. -

I spent the last two weeks of October 2013 at Corvin Lux apartments.
I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest.
