  The kindness of personnel. Although we arrived later than the closing ours of the spa, they provided full access to the spa without any additional charges. - The price was excellent, and it included breakfast. The coffee was very good and the fresh croissants.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. Quality of th... τι λέει ο κόσμος » e drinks was also very good. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Room was big and clean. Really comfortably beds and nice furniture. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   I Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Broadway Hotel & Residence, starting from a generosity of the staff, which I received an upgrade room form double to to an Apartment a pleasant surprise, due to its comfort and space of Apartment, the hotel Broadway & residence has it all packed for a splendid weekend in Budapest, within 10 minutes of main a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ttraction, (breakfast is quite rich and they serve a proper coffee) the hotel itself has a spa and gym area for those who love the work-outs and chill - It was a great stay in Budapest - the hotel was absolutely great (from the large rooms to the spa) and I've found the staff very helpful (unlike a few other reviews I've read). The apartments are very well equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro station is a few hundred meters away.
