  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent.   Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest.
