Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

To ξενοδοχειο ειναι μια μικρη οικογενειακη μοναδα , καθημερινη καθαριοτητα στα δωμάτια , θα μπορουσες να το χαρακτηρισεις ενοικιαζομενα καταλυματα αλλα εχουν καθημερινη καθαριοτητα . Σεβαστη η προσπαθεια αλλα θελει δουλεια ακομα . Εχει πολυ ησυχια κοντινη παραλια και ενα καταπληκτικο καφε εστιατοριο ακριβως διπλα πολυ φτηνο και με σπιτικες γευσεις

Our room was big with a nice balcony, the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice pool, and is also close to several great beaches. Free wifi is a plus. There are a few small shops nearby, otherwise you need to walk for 15 minutes - for us that was quite nice, for instance the walk back from dinner late at night along the beach with the sky full of stars. -
Wonderful, cosy, frendly and peaceful hotel! Close to the non busy beach. The center of Marmari at 15 min. walk by beach. At 5 min. walk - windsurf station. Kiters start on the right side at 3 min. walk. Special thank's to the owners of the hotel Maria, for charming family breakfast and musaka. Olga speak russian. Here everybody very frendly people!

The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay.
Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk.

We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money".
