The Katina Studios are very clean and tidy. It was possible to cook simple meals, or meals could be ordered from the staff if use was not made of the myriad other restaurants and eating houses nearby. The meals we ate at the studios were just fine.The beds were made every day, the apartment was kept clean & tidy and the bins regularly emptied.

Found Katina Studios to be very clean and well run with Fortini the manageress and staff, very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

We loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and warm hospitality.

To ξενοδοχειο ειναι μια μικρη οικογενειακη μοναδα , καθημερινη καθαριοτητα στα δωμάτια , θα μπορουσες να το χαρακτηρισεις ενοικιαζομενα καταλυματα αλλα εχουν καθημερινη καθαριοτητα . Our room was big with a nice balcony, the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice pool, and is also close to several great beaches. Free wifi is a plus. There are a few small shops nearby, otherwise you need to walk for 15 minutes - for us that was quite nice, for instance the walk back from dinner late at night along the beach with the sky full of stars. -
Wonderful, cosy, frendly and peaceful hotel! Close to the non busy beach. The center of Marmari at 15 min. walk by beach. At 5 min. walk - windsurf station. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay.
Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk.

We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. When we arrived in hotel, Mike offered the snacks and drinks, although it was about 3 PM of morning. Very nice men, this told us what it is worth to visit, how best to travel in the island. Has no trouble living in the hotel. Hotel are managed by family, and they have a farm in island, - Good location, very friendly staff. 24 hour bar, restaraunt, pool tables, music and internet access.
