The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great. A really nice place for a relaxed vacation. Service is excellent, and the places really feels out of the way of regular tourism. A really charming "taberna" closeby serves really tasty food. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » hop on the ground where you can get some groceries - The facilities, the service, the friendliness of the owner, the atmosphere, the location, all are exceptional. The owner maintains a small store with basic supplies on the compound, which is very convenient considering that the ~30 people settlement is a long way from places with shops and does not offer any reasonable supply. The place is definitely worth driving the narrow road up to it.

The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all

Elounda Bay Palace was a great hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was of a really high standard and really, really good. The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.

Clear water, nice sandy beach, beautiful views, comfort rooms( we lived in island on wateredge) the food is quite nice in restaurants.. Such category of room gives you privacy.. -

The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.
The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. -

מקום מומלץ ביותר - נקי ,מטופח שרות טוב, אוכל טוב, מאד בטוח לילדים. מאד שקט ושלוו ואם זאת קרוב לים ולעיר רתימנו. נהנינו מאד!.The villa, the pool,the yard are all very clean and comfortable. very safe for children - parents can sit and let the kids play around. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable price. beautiful view.

It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

Ειναι ενα θαυμασιο ξενοδοχειο στον ομορφοτερο κολπο ισως της περιοχης.Παλια το ειχαμε επισκευθει για προπονησεις τενις.Το ξενοδοχειο μεσα εχει ανακαινιστει απο τοτε προς το καλητερο και παρουσιαζετε σε ολα τα επιπεδα σχεδον αριστο. -
