Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

Went with a friend to Georgioupolis Beach Hotel to escape long British
winter. Got excellent deal from travel agent, with free upgrade to a
lovely pool view - ground floor. Flew with Ryanair from LeedsBradford
airport and journey went without a hitch. Met at Chania airport by the
Hotel's transport. Reception and check in very friendly and
efficient. Taken by car from reception to our bungalow, so did not have

They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.

The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We would recommend this highly and would glady make a return visit for a longer period

Clean, very friendly staff. We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.

Πολυ καλή η ποιοτητα του φαγητου (πρωινο και δειπνο). Πολυ φιλικο προσωπικο. Μεγάλο και ανετο δωματιο. Πολύ καλό ως ξενοδοχειο γενικοτερα. - Τα δωμάτια ηταν ησυχο οπως το ειχαμε ζητήσει το προσωπικο ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο πρωινο πολυ καλο και το μπάρ με την τραπεζαρία στον 5ο οροφο ηταν πολυ ωραια .Ολα καλα περασαμε πολυ καλα

The hotel is in a very good position on the promenade. It is close to many tavernas and bars but is not noisy. The sea front rooms are large and comfortable and have a good balcony with an excellent view. The breakfast had a good selection. -
we have stayed before and will continue to check out the hotel for a good price in the future
