The hotel is beautifully situated in the mountain just a short drive up
from Neos Marmaras. It overlooks the sea and the views are terrific. The
owner, Katarina, has created a calm, peaceful and romantic atmosphere
and it is obvious that she enjoys what she is doing. She has left no

We couldn't have desired more from our stay at the Oreiades Guesthouse. It was impeccably clean, location was wonderful and the owners made everything they could to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was abundant, fresh and delicious.
The village is a small jewel itself. All the time I was feeling like in an old movie.
I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to have a relaxing, energy-recharging and romantic holiday.

απολαυσαμε 4 μερες την απεριγραπτη φιλοξενια της κ.τανιας και του
κ.στελιου σε ενα φυσικο περιβαλλον χαλαρωσης και ηρεμιας μακρια απο την
βαβουρα του μαρμαρα, αν και απεχει μονο 10 λεπτα με το αυτ/το! κατα
την διαρκεια της διαμονης μας σε αυτο τον ξενωνα αισθανομασταν σαν το
σπιτι μας η σαν να φιλοξενουμασταν απο φιλους..δεν προκειται να
ξεχασουμε

Βρήκαμε ακριβώς αυτό που τόσο επιθυμούσαμε. Η εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, η ονειρική θέα, η άψογη καθαριότητα, ο προσεγμένος σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια ξενώνας και πάνω από όλα η εγκάρδια και πρόσχαρη φιλοξενία του κου Στέλιου και της κας Τάνιας που με πολύ ευχαρίστηση μας ετοιμάζανε κάθε ημέρα το πρωινό μας με σπιτικές λιχουδιές, μας άφησαν κάτι παραπάνω από ευχαριστημένους. Ευχαριστούμε για αυτές τις υπέροχες ημέρες που μας προσφέρατε.

The house is very cosy and the location is good, parking places are present below the house. The owners are very polite people, the rooms are tidy, clean and large enough. The view from the room is amazing - you can see half the town of N. Marmaras, the sea, part of a small dock, and the island of Kelyfos. Easy access to the town center. Highly recommended for your vacation!

The rooms were modern-designed and very warm and clean, the changed our bed sheets and cleaned the room every 2 days, the location of the hotel was excellent (we walk for 2 minutes and we were at the city centre) and Mrs. Yianna (the owner) was very kind and helpful! Very kind staff and owners, over our expectations, everything was clean and comfortable. Two or three minutes walking to the sea, but firstly it comes a very nice and large commercial area.

The host were really nice and friendly, they were always around if you needed something. The rooms were really clean and they had their own towels for the guests. I had a parking in front of my room which was great for my car. Everything is as it looks on the pictures of their web page, what you see is what you get, and even more :)
