Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly. Marios went out of
his way to make us feel comfortable. He helped us book ATVs and they
were delivered to us! The location is right in the middle of everything.
It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We
used the ATVs to visit most of the areas on the island, but we did take
the bus to the open air cinema in Kalmari (a must). The view is amazing!

The landlord, Marios, was very welcoming, and answered all the questions we had regarding beaches, transport, restaurants etc. The room was just like the pictures, fantastic view over the beach, and included all the facilities that you need. They cleaned the room every day, fresh towels and clean sheets every other day. Quiet location, but still close to bars, beach and restaurants. We had a lovely vacataion, and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great... We stayed 8 days in Fira and the hotel is perfectly located in the very centre of the town, close to everything. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was simply amazing... We stayed at the Honeymoon Suite (who says that you can only book those when you're on honeymoon ;), so the steps were not an issue (the lift goes almost all the way down to the suite). Other reasons to book this suite: Large terrace overlooking the caldera (probably one of the best terracces in Fira!), great big bed in its own little "cave" - and there is a whirlpool in the bathroom. The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The view was amazing, the suites are on the cliff face.
The very private nature of the suites, pool, service very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Albert of George, any thing you wanted they would provide.
Very close walking to restaurants and Thira shops and access to the old port cable car, path or donkeys.

Dana Villas was the location we chose for our wedding venue, and for a
two night stay before heading to other islands for our honeymoon.
The management and staff is second to none, and the rooms are cozy and quaint.
The view is beautiful, and the locations was idillic for our wedding.
Highly recommended.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί.
Στην τιμή συμπεριλαμβανόταν πρωινό και κάθε πρωί μας σέρβιραν φρέσκα φρούτα από τον κήπο τους.
Η απόσταση από το κέντρο των Φυρών είναι μόλις 5' με το αυτοκίνητο.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Margarita, even though there were electricity problems on the island while we were there. The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely, leaving fresh fruit for us from their farm and dropping us to the port when we left. Good pool. Rooms were cleaned immaculately daily. -
Hosts were very friendly and nothing was a problem, 1k out of Fira so much quieter than in town, good eating top of street
