Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Great hotel in a lovely location, we loved watching the sunset each night. We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!

Astra Suites exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful romantic hotel with an amazing location and breath taking views. The staff were very friendly and generous. George, the manager , was extremely helpful and serviced us in the best way possible. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Island.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect. The best part of petite palace is the people and service. From the moment you arrive it's as if you are their only guest. The views of the caldera and sunset are one of the best in Santorini and the hotel is luxury, boutique and romantic. Our teenage daughters loved it. A shuttle is available but get a car and explore Santorini for all it has to offer. Petite palace is a perfect distance from Fira and the car rental comes to you. The shuttle takes you from Fira to hotel and back multiple times

We stayed at Villa Ilias in June 2013 and couldn't be happier with
our choice.
Our room was on the pool level which we liked: we could hang out at the pool and reach for everything we needed in our room! The room is modern and clean, with a small kitchen and fridge which is perfect as eating in Santorini can be expensive.
The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff was really helpful with any questions we had. You can even borrow board games, books and movies, great service!

The view of Caldera is amazing, the best view on the whole island, better then in Fira (Imerviglion is at highest point on this side of the island).
