  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. It is totally beautiful butiquehotel, in a great location to all the bars, clubs, restaurants, busstation (so we could easily reach all locations and we don't like towalk).   Konstantina, the desk manager and jill-of-all-trades was so incredibly helpful, friendly and made it feel like she was there to cater to our every whim. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. The hotel is a small boutique with rooms and patios ov... τι λέει ο κόσμος » erlooking one of the main "streets" for shopping and dining in Fira, not to mention one of the top views into the caldera. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
