This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you
truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here.
We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a
view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room.
And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long
as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you

Greece. I love everything there.
Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits.
All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
BTY, the breakfast was so delicious and healthy you might hard to find same level anywhere in Santorini.

Everything was great... We stayed 8 days in Fira and the hotel is perfectly located in the very centre of the town, close to everything. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was simply amazing... We stayed at the Honeymoon Suite (who says that you can only book those when you're on honeymoon ;), so the steps were not an issue (the lift goes almost all the way down to the suite). Other reasons to book this suite: Large terrace overlooking the caldera (probably one of the best terracces in Fira!), great big bed in its own little "cave" - and there is a whirlpool in the bathroom. The hotel is a dream, so romantic. We had room next to the pool (small cold water Jacuzzi really) room 101. The room was quite big with a big shower and the bed on a separate mezzanine.

Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Although our room wifi wasn't working, we were able to connect with another router and they changed our room the next day to solve this little problem. Fira is a 15 minute walk from the apartments and the place is quiet. Pool area also has wifi. I highly recommend it!

Hotel had an amazing location right on the caldera, which is a must for
Santorini. Just not worth the experience without it. People pay big
money to eat at restaurants to get the same view you have from your
hotel. Great staff that were nice and spoke English. Excellent
continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near
the golden road. They had air conditioning.
