  The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .   We are a large family, 2 parents and 5 children, and just got back from Elounda Gulf Villas. We had a dreamy vacation that will be remembered. The place is beautiful and easy going, the people are amazing and even the other guests we encountered with were super nice. We will miss the Mirabello gulf astonishing views and the, best time we had at EG... τι λέει ο κόσμος » V - Fantastic Hotel!! Had the best time ever, the Villa's are well worth the money paid for. Amazing facilities truly felt special and vip with their excellent customer service. Will defiantly come back again! Recommend getting Half-Board as the food at the restaurant is well worth every euro spent!

  We liked it very much. The Management wanted to make sure we were happy and we were upgraded to a larger studio. Alas, the reopening of our studio that had just been refurbished led to petty problems. But the management was committed and in a short while, everything (hot water, or electricity in the bathroom) was fixed. The manager lent me his notebook connected - I really love my stay at this hotel and I was so sorry to leave. It is a very beautful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from our rooms were such a delight to wake up to and my friends had to drag me away from my tea on the beautiful terrace every morning. I thought both swimming pools were excellent and the beach was just at the end of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were such lovely friendly people - we were all very sad to be leaving them too.
