Value for money here is phenomenal. Rooms are and have all that you
would expect/require in terms of size, comfort and cleanlinesss. The
design and location are magnificent, the pool lovely and the service top
notch (they even sent us our sweaters via snail mail at no charge since
we accidentaly left it at the hotel). Also, Vangelis cooks like the

of them, so we ended up eating here most of the time (go for the special
of the day). -
We arrived only around 11pm and did not have dinner yet. Vangelis still cooked us a quick but delicious meal.
The room was big and well equiped, the wifi worked perfect the whole time, the swimmingpool + poolbar was great for lazing around the whole day, plus excellent views over Elounda. Vangelis is really one of the best host/owner we've ever met!

Elounda Bay Palace was a great hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was of a really high standard and really, really good. The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.

Clear water, nice sandy beach, beautiful views, comfort rooms( we lived in island on wateredge) the food is quite nice in restaurants.. Such category of room gives you privacy.. -

We loved the welcome we received in this small town - everyone we met wanted to make us feel welcome there. Our visit to the Markakis apartments could not have been better. Fantastic view to sea and Spinalonga island (we had upper maisonette, very beautiful apartment) and very very nice owner family.On Easter Sunday we had also very good barbecue food from family party, it was very nice.
