Value for money here is phenomenal. Rooms are and have all that you
would expect/require in terms of size, comfort and cleanlinesss. The
design and location are magnificent, the pool lovely and the service top
notch (they even sent us our sweaters via snail mail at no charge since
we accidentaly left it at the hotel). Also, Vangelis cooks like the

of them, so we ended up eating here most of the time (go for the special
of the day). -
We arrived only around 11pm and did not have dinner yet. Vangelis still cooked us a quick but delicious meal.
The room was big and well equiped, the wifi worked perfect the whole time, the swimmingpool + poolbar was great for lazing around the whole day, plus excellent views over Elounda. Vangelis is really one of the best host/owner we've ever met!

Elounda Bay Palace was a great hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was of a really high standard and really, really good. The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.

Clear water, nice sandy beach, beautiful views, comfort rooms( we lived in island on wateredge) the food is quite nice in restaurants.. Such category of room gives you privacy.. -

As others have noted, the location of this hotel overlooking the beach is lovely. The room was basically furnished but fine for our needs. Nice family who own the hotel and most guests seemed to be "regulars". There is a relaxed atmosphere around the pool area which is also very nice. A problem with our booking here meant our holiday started o

The position is great right across road from beach you can walk to bars restaurants in minutes very central. Views stunning. Very well equipped very clean lovely owners. Can' fault it at all.

We liked it very much. The Management wanted to make sure we were happy
and we were upgraded to a larger studio. Alas, the reopening of our
studio that had just been refurbished led to petty problems. But the
management was committed and in a short while, everything (hot water, or
electricity in the bathroom) was fixed. They did everything to make

I really love my stay at this hotel and I was so sorry to leave. It is a very beautful hotel in a fantastic location. The views from our rooms were such a delight to wake up to and my friends had to drag me away from my tea on the beautiful terrace every morning. I thought both swimming pools were excellent and the beach was just at the end of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were such lovely friendly people - we were all very sad to be leaving them too.

Πολυ καλο δωματιο, με εξαιρετικη θεα και ευρυχωρους χωρους, μοντερνα επιπλωση - Just about everything. The best were the views from my balcony and the pool area. The pool area was set up quite well and the view of Mirabello Bay might be the best view from all the hotels around that area and that is saying a lot, considering the price of the other

We loved staying at the Elounda Sunrise. The location was perfect and just a short walk into Elounda. Can't say enough good things about the Yannis, Dimos and the entire staff. Always close by and willing to help out. Lynn was behind the bar with a smile on her face and a "can do" attitude". Had several meals with them as well and the portion

Everything. Seldom have we stayed at such good accommodation. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Warm welcome. Good food in fact probably the best pizza I have ever tasted-the Greek pizza. V goog location.
