The hotel is situated directly at a skiing area, indeed. However, it needs to be said this not the bigger skiing area around Winterberg and there aren't any skilifts to get into this bigger area either. Still, 3.5 kms along the road back to Winterberg there's a parking spot from where entrance to the Winterberg skiing area is possible. Friendly and helpful staff, great cooking in the restaurant. Nice view from balcony. I'll defenitely return for a nice skiing weekend.
