The hotel is just a two minute walk away from the large pedestrian zone down town Wiesbaden, which is exactly what we wanted. The hotel room is very modern, with a nice bathroom and all the amenities you need to stay a night there. Bathrobes were also furnished. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The breakfast buffet had everything one would need in the morning, and more. They offer a two hour free internet in the room which was good enough for us. Parking garage also available. A.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was clean, modern, and very functional. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the staff were very helpful with all of our questions. The location is great, very quick walk to downtown Wiesbaden. We would definitely stay here again!. The most notable thing was the outstanding helpfullness and approachability of the staff. The breakfast was of very high quality and fantastic selection. The place was clean and well decorated. The location was perfect- 300 yards from the Xmas Market, and lots of shops. The hotel is nice overall but the rooms and lobby were recently redone so they are very sharp. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was of good quality as well. The location is an easy walk from the train station, and just a few blocks from the market. It was a roasting hot day (35 degrees) and the hotel was very cool which was great. Friendly staff. The hallway on the floor we stayed smelled of cigarette smoke, but couldn't smell it in the room we got. I will definitely ask for a room on a smokeless floor especially since the smell in the hall was even worse in the morning after we came back from breakfast. It would have been nice if the internet in the business center would have been complimentary, but they do offer free WiFi for those who brought computers. The beds in the family room were far too small- I admit I'm not slim- although my wife is, but my teenage daughters also had problems. To be very fair, when we spoke to reception next day they put another bed in the room for me. Parking is expensive. To be honest. The room a/c unit couldn't cope as well and even with the tem right down the room was a bit warmer than I would have liked. Breakfast was OK but no-one offered me coffee so I got my own in a paper cup in the end. The hotel is in a busy street, and we we only place in the 2nd floor, so it was a but noisy for our taste. pillow was too hard, poor spa facilities. Parking was very expensive at the hotel. This hotel need only more facilities .. The chairs were not good enough. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot order breakfast a la carte Inge restaurant. They offered only the full buffet or coffee only at the bar. We only wanted coffee and croissant and you could not accommodate unless we wet back upstairs and ordered room service. The buffet is too much for some people and a complete waste of money. You should allow people to order as they like, even if they must do so in a different section of the restaurant. Breakfast buffet provides rather limited selection. The "family room" we booked was normal double room size with two queen size beds only. So the room was quite cramped with the 4 of us inside. Gym was ok but out of date machines E.G. treadmill. Black mat on the floor for weight left me with black knees. Parking too expensive. Please be careful if you are given a room on the 4th floor and you are not a smoker, its a floor for smokers, you smell it at once. Deposit was (and still is) not released upon departure from the hotel. Loud traffic noise kept us awake at night. Sauna was textile frei only. The parking was not explained and therefore difficult to use. It was also expensive. When we went to check out and attempted to use our tax relief form, the staff told me I had to present it at the beginning of the stay and would not allow me to use it. She was quite rude about it. If that is their policy (and I have never had anyone have this policy before) they need to state that up front. We booked a family room. I was disappointed with the size. The beds were comfortable, but there wasn't much room to walk around. No complaints. Paying for the underground parking. This should be part of the hotel complimentary service. parking price is not normal, it is too expensive, bar of the hotel is nice but a simple beer is to expensive. Parking was 24€ extra and wifi €8 for 2 hours. At such a high rate it should have been included. Parking was very expensive. I did not like the way I got understanding of that. Also, it would be good option to include breakfast price to accomodation, all additional suprising costs are always annoying. duvet of beds too small. n/a. There was a high smoke-level in the halls- even outside our "smoke-free" room. Parking cost , not modernised 100%. n.a. Pool not available but still paid full price. Shower pressure was poor.
