Wonderful place to stay & relax for several days. You can take nearby train into Munich. In our 3 months of travel in Europe this was the best B&B/Guesthouse we stayed in. The facilities were new & superb - more beautiful than the pictures on website. You can bike to Lake or just relax in the many sitting areas owners has throughout their beautiful yards. You have a fantastic view of either the mountains/valley or mountains/distant lake from the rooms. Owner & staff goes out of .

Please note that there is no separate breakfast room. The breakfast buffet is available between 08:00 and 10:30 on the first floor and guests can pick it up there and have breakfast in their room or on their balcony. There is a dining table in each room. A breakfast room will be available in the apartments from towards the end of 2014.
