Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine,
which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was
well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside
the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. The staff were
friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant room.

We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the
Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the
Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping
back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect
english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various
subjects in depth. Food both at breakfast eas good and we also ate in
the evening and yet again the food and service was good, The bedrooms

We came off a boat trip up the Rhine and found the hotel an easy 15min walk to the hotel from the landing. We found the staff most helpful as we only speak English. They directed us to a great little German pub with very good food at an excellent price. The host was a hoot!! The hotel breakfast was lovely , well presented. -

Stayed in an upgraded single room and it was very nice with a good size room, big comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a spotless bathroom, all the details felt like they were thought through. I liked the comfort, cleanlines, the service we received at the Garni Hotel. We were collected from the Airport which was great and we were dropped back again in the morning. - I'm so impressed with the Friendly Master's hospitality. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all those who use frankfurt hahn airport late at night or early in the morning .

My second stay in this hotel.The restaurant is modern, serving very good food.Location is quiet,easy to get to town by bus, or a taxi for only a few Euro .Personnel is very, very helpful and friendly.The rooms are heated,and in general very nice. - Location was good and easy access to the Autovon.

Super friendly and helpful staff and rooms were clean and good size. The breakfast was extremely delicious with a great variety of breads, meats cheeses and spreads as well as fresh fruit and yoghurts. The coffee was one of the best I've had. The hotel is close to shops and transport and has free wi-fi which we discovered wasn't included in many other hotels we stayed in. A great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent location opposite the K-D ferry quay and it is definitely worth paying extra for a room with a river view balcony. Good choice at breakfast. - The staff; they were able to direct us to parking and had a place we could store our bikes. Also the hotel is in the middle of everything in Cochem.

Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time. Very well equipped and comfortable cottages - spotlessly clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Close proximity to the Nurburgring a bonus but far enough away to be very peaceful with lovely views over rolling countryside. Excellent Spa included in the price. Overall, incredible value for money. -
