  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality.   The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   Hotel near to railway station which itself user only a 6 minute train journey from the airport. Hotel rooms were large and well appointed with chairs and table.
