The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. There were some shops close by where I could pass the time. Also as a solo traveller it was easy to get to the hotel since they provided the shuttle service which was very efficient. Unfortunately I arrived from a long-haul flight and I wasn't very well so didn't wasn't able to enjoy the facilities. - Thank you for securing our ski bag and two gia

Te helpfulness of the personnel. They were friendly and helped wherever they could. From taxi arrangements to umbrellas when it rained.
The free WIFI is a wonderful service. As is the separate smoking room, which allows for relaxation, instead of standing outside in the rain. Both should be available at every hotel. -

We had a fantastic triple room -- basically two rooms, the first one
huge, plenty of room for a baby cot, large couch that pulled down for
our son. Second room with a large double and very very large bathroom
for Europe. Everything lovely. Extra bonus in the morning, they had a

It was our first time in Frankfurt and we wanted an hotel which offered
an airport shuttle service. Due to the fact that we only stayed for one
night, I believe this hotel was one of the best ones in value that

My main criteria for hotels mainly are- room with a view and balcony preferred though this is not commonly found for city hotel, but this hotel does:)
Ideal for city trip cause its close from main town with literally 5mins drive to Frankfurt Main Train Station by cab. I had a double bed room for single occupancy, it was perfect size, comfy and bright. Shower and hot water works perfectly, weather was cold outside but seems hotel set temperature was perfect that I did not need to switch on the

Friendly Staff, Spacious and comfortable room, the AC is a very big plus. The location is quite good as it is right between the post office and train station, and in the train station itself are many restaurants and a supermarket that remains open until 10 pm, which is unique for Germany. -

The hot tub and pool were clean and not full of kids for my use. Parking was not an extra cost and the parking lot was safe. Loved the location as well! A great hotel in a nice part of Hessen! - The room was very comfortable , the services and facilities of the hotel were very good . More then this , the food was tasteful .
