ειναι τα δευτερα Χριστούγεννα που περναμε στο Holiday Inn Munich City Center . Αυτό πιστευω τα λεει όλα . Επιπλέον το προσωπικό είναι πολύ επαγγελματιες , ειδικα στην ρεσεψιον αλλα και στην καθαριοτητα δωματιου , πραγμα που εχει αλλη αξια οταν ταξιδευεις με μικρα παιδια. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. And the trams could take you to many tourist spots in Mu

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

- Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.

Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. I was only in this hotel for 3 nights. One day I walked into the hotel lobby and was greeted by name by the staff at the hotel. I had problems getting my wireless to work in my room and one of the staff came up to my room to help me. Staff always friendly! - The hotel was modern with good facilities; buffet

Awesome place. Cannot drive anything larger than a small car up theroad. The lift is something you should not miss even if you candrive up! This was a first class hotel. The room was beautifully decorated but a bit dimly lit. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts were outstanding--one could order freshly fried eggs, omelettes, bacon etc. the buffet featured lots of meat, cheeses, breads and fresh fruit. Our only complaint was that they did not have syrup for the waffles.

I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It is not oft
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

Breakfast was good and was included. Front desk staff were unavailable after 10pm and before 8 am. Restaurant was essentially closed - except for breakfast, only a few bottled drinks were available. Clean room but definitely a no frills hotel.
