The owner Joseph Zwink welcomed us at his guesthouse and was very helpful with carrying our luggage to the rooms. The rooms are spcious, very comfortable and clean. We had very interesting conversations with him and he personally attended to the breakfast which was very tasty. The gusthouse is very close to the centre of Oberammergau (5 min walk)

Great location,very homely.
Jakob ,the owner was very helpful-had excellent english and was very friendly.Warm comfy rooms. Good breakfast. Coffee,tea, soft drinks etc available in breakfast room through honesty box.Good to have parking and free wifi-with no time limit. -
The owner is very helpful indeed and excellent with English. While the Pension is older, it is very well kept and the two couples of us enjoyed it and would recommend it for those wanting to save on accommodation. Parking was also very helpful. Very central to the town.

Where to start? We liked everything about this hotel. Otto and Eva are such amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Otto is a mine of information about all sorts of local attractions and the history of Oberammergau. The room was perfect with a beautiful view towards the chairlift. everything was excellent in this apartment, including very friendly owner and her hospitability. we had beautiful hills view from our nice balcony. our staying is akready a part of our eternal memories. we woluld like to come back definitely. we recomend this apartments to everybody, who likes comfort and who will wish to see nice castles and lake

I would recommend the Hotel Wittelsbach to anyone. It is fantastically situated in the heart of the village with fantastic views to the mountains. This hotel is centraly located in the heart of Oberammergau's
village center. It is within waling distance of many places to shop and
eat. We picked this hotel due to the great reviews and the location of
the town for castle visiting. Breakfast is included and is good. Cereal,
eggs, breads, jams, and fruits are typical. Our room was on the corner
of the first floor with a balcony. It was one of the bigger rooms with
two beds. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice.
