it was the first time ever, when after I paid for the bottle of water in my room and wanted to take it with me, the woman at the receptiondesk told me, that the empty bottle is extremely needed and I must go back and leave the bottle in the room. So stupid and so irritating. For a moment I felt sorry for the used toilette paper...
