Shared bathroom was very clean. They serve excellent dinner in the restaurant downstairs. Big portion and great value. Breakfast was fantastic as they serve local produce. Bakery, buns & boiled eggs were still hot when served. A good variety of cold cut meats and cheese. Dinner and breakfast were the best during our stay in Bavaria. The exterior of the building. The peaceful location. The warm interior. The food. We had requested secure motorbike parking but this was full but they offered to rearrange cars so we could park under cover. We didn't bother in the end as it is a very safe location.

The restaurant is also a representation of the other epoch which for sure will impress you and leave a very pleasant memories. Only 10 minutes from highway. We were passing through to Italy. Wanted to leave early morning. Because we would miss breakfast the hotel staff made us a lunch packet. Rooms are gorgeous and shared bathrooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Very friendly staff and best breakfast buffet I've had in Europe! Cozy, clean, great value for money. Good location for Skiing in the winter or enjoying the Bavarian countryside in the Summer. Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area. Nice hotel. As a group we were given the 'suite', three rooms around a common living room. Only one bathroom, but incredibly luxury. Pretty rooms, with a nice view. Comfortable beds, and a excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend. Very lovely staff. They made us feel very welcome. Great decor, and super cute rooms. The breakfasts were great, and meals for dinner were also very delicious and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again!. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. We used this hotel for an overnight stay on our way up to Frankfurt from Lecco (Lake Como). It was ideal for this purpose . Very friendly and the food was excellent. We were disappointed that we booked a double room but was given 2 single beds. Wifi was unstable in our room. Having a kettle in the room or at least somewhere within the hotel at any accessible place is a must for families travelling with infants. Fortunately, the landlady let us use the coffee machine in the restaurant to get hot water. Nothing!. We overlooked the fact that we had booked a room with a shared bathroom. It ended up being a very clean and large bathroom, but we would recommend booking one of the rooms with a private bathroom. Nothing. We were surprised @ check out that Landgastof did not take credit cards. Our booking confirmation did not state this - or else we missed it. Luckily we had enough euros to pay bill. Nothing. The hotel is a little hard to find, you definitely need a car to get here. But I would stay here a million times despite that, it was so peaceful and quiet being out of town. The staff is not open late, we felt badly that they had to wait up for us and were were only checking in at 7:30pm!. Nothing. check-in time is too early, if it could be delayed it would be much better. nothing. No undercover parking for the motor bikes. - the pillows in the bed were too soft. Décor in need of attention. - Thin walls - Visa/Mastercard NOT accepted. I requested one big bed but they only had two twins available.
