My friends and I stayed in the hotel for the first night in Germany. We all like it very much. The staff, although only one, is very considerate and helpful. The hotel is not the usual one. Friendly environment, FREE wi-fi, FREE breakfast, location is less than 5 min walk from the tube(metro), only couple of stops from city centre.
Also microwave, fridge and iron available in the room.
And very important, cheap safe parking.
If you can ask for more at the money... happy finding!

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μου άρεσε πολύ το πρωινό και μου προσφέρθηκε και εκτός ωραρίου την ημέρα που αποχωρούσα χωρίς καν να το ζητήσω! -

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortably rooms, plenty of parking. The

Budget friendly, family ran hostel. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich). Clean, small room and small private bathroom which was enough for us as we were out all day. Table, refrigerator and TV also in room. Staff helpful regarding directions.

Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Amazing breakfest and location.
Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing.
Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom.
Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

Make sure you get your Guest Number if you are arriving after reception hours - - Check the email that Concept Living will send you very soon after you book (this is a separate email from letsbookhotel.com's). This is the 2nd time that I have checked in to

Our room was newly renovated, and everything working as expected. Very close to S-bahn. Breakfast ok. The place is like a private villa turned into a hostel. Old german style. We are very satisfied. -

Actually everything. We booked a room for two but were given a room for 4 people just for us. Shared bathroom makes no discomfort at all. 5 euros breakfast is great - everything is really tasty. Solln district is wonderful and secure place to leave and for an evening walk. 2-3 good local beergardens are right near, but the best one belongs to Gash

The hotel is located at the center of a beatiful town. It is easy to buy food and fruit. The hotel is operated by a family with a long history. The room is full of sweet smell of wood. It make me unforgotten.
