This is by far the best hotel on its category, staff is amazing rooms are very clean, an the breakfast is absolutely great! - The staff were very, very accomodating and helpful especially after a difficult travel day.

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

room service was very reasonable and they have an excellent secure luggage storage area. staff are great and the location is good, near to the central station but just outside that seedy area you get near all main stations

Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - value for money and friendly staff

ειναι τα δευτερα Χριστούγεννα που περναμε στο Holiday Inn Munich City Center . Αυτό πιστευω τα λεει όλα . Επιπλέον το προσωπικό είναι πολύ επαγγελματιες , ειδικα στην ρεσεψιον αλλα και στην καθαριοτητα δωματιου , πραγμα που εχει αλλη αξια οταν ταξιδευεις με μικρα παιδια. Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so
cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area.
Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to
move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which
doesn't usually happen

We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars
Hotel easy even with our suitcases. -
My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The
Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.
The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well
appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and
varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of
one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and
