  Although the hotel is a twenty minute walk from Lindau it is worth staying here as the price reflects the distance to the old town which is delightful. The decor is very pleasant and the owners extremely accommodating. Parking is not a problem with plenty of spaces under cover. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms very clean and tidy.   Just across the street and 50 meters to the left from the main train station still very quiet. Brand new, nice size rooms with little or no outside noise and course excellent brealfast buffet. Also has a nice bar and restaurant next door. - The receptionist was outstanding.

  Regina at the front desk is a gem! Wonderful hospitality at an otherwise solid family hostel made all the difference. The included breakfast was basic but good (coffee was extra) and they offered both dinner and lunch options at reasonable prices (we did not try either, but they looked appetizing).
