-Small but clean and adequate room and bathroom

-Good WIFI included, although connecting the first time is a bit awkward.

comfortable air conditioned room, cheerful decor, excellent breakfast
which is well worth the extra ten euros. I especially liked the

Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Breakfast was extra but worth it - good value for money. A new on-site hotel bar. Lifts to all floors. English widely spoken if required. Stayed at this hotel numerous

Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

Kαλό servise σε όλα τα επίπεδα - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t value for money and we were very comfortable for the 2 night stay. - I stayed there for the marathon, and if I had to check out at standard 12.00, I'd have not been able to take a shower in the hotel after the race. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. The hotel

almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request.
very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner.
The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much!

Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. This apartment and the staff are really amazing! Quiet, modern and fully furnished this apartment is the perfect place to visit and to stay in Berlin. Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. - The hotel is 2 blocks from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Modern hotel interior design in modern style. If you love black and white variations in the interior and the windows in the wall - this is your varinat. Is not located in a tourist area, in a fairly quiet area. The surrounding area has biomarkety (by Haupt shatrasse).

The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money. I will be choosing them again on my next trip to Berlin next year! -
