Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t value for money and we were very comfortable for the 2 night stay. - I stayed there for the marathon, and if I had to check out at standard 12.00, I'd have not been able to take a shower in the hotel after the race. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior
suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were

I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

Central location and close to public transportation. Very good breakfast - value for money - Twenty four hour reception which meant there was always someone to answer our questions. Facility to come and go as we pleased without restriction. Close proximity to tube.

Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated.
