  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.
