They have no staff on site, but still it works just great. Very easy to
check in/out. I had an issue where I needed help, picked up the
phone called the virtual desk and they were very efficient in helping me
out. Proves you dont need to see people at the front desk for it to be a

In the centre of the City, fantastic facilities, impeccably clean, top of the range coffee machine in the room and a free mini bar, fresh bagels, rolls and chocolate muffins delivered each morning, plus bath robe and slippers all made for an extremely pleasant stay. We travel to Leipzig a lot to visit my parents and because it's a great City, We will definitely stay at the Abito Suites again.

Excellent hotel - great location, pleasant staff, nice rooms, good gym, good breakfast, good value for money - I liked about everything at the hotel: its place in the historical center of the city, its facilities, decoration, excellent breakfast. Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. Valet parking also very efficient and stress-free. Also reasonable prices in the mini-bar. -

It is directly across from the famous restaurant Auerbach's Keller where Goethe sets the scene in which Faust sells his soul to the devil. Great meal and wonderful paintings. The hotel is minutes from the famous Thomaskirche where Bach served as music director.

The staff of the hotel is extremely nice and helpful! This hotel is one of the few that has a wheelchair accessible room with a double bed! Wonderful! - The staff is very informative and helpful. They will go an extra mile to assist their clients.

The location was excellent - in the same square as Bach's St Thomas Church and the Bach museum. There are many good eating places very nearby. The hotel was in exactly the right spot for us - opposite the Thomaskirche, next door to the Bach Museum, the Gewandhaus 5 minutes away. St Nicholas Church down the road. We went to Leipzig to listen to Bach as part of a trip to hear music by Wagner in Bayreuth, Mozart in Salzburg, Haydn in Eisensdat et etc. This hotel is superb

Everything: location, price, design/decor, friendliness of staff + one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever experience. This is a basic hostel for students and backpackers. It is not a hotel. It is clean, secure, centrally located and excellent value for money, but it is not a hotel: there are no carpets on the floor, no furniture to speak of etc. -

Excellent location and fantastic rooms!!! Our room was very large and had a great view of the city. - Decor / high ceilings, very nice bathroom, and great service. Great location in city.

The hotel was very clean and staff generally well versed and friendly.Hotel had just opened and it should have been inidated on the book.com website.
Close vicinity to innter city. Free ticket for trams within Leipzig. Choice of breakfast buffet very good with yoghurt and fresh fruits, inter alia. -

The flat was astonishing! Very well decorated and extremelly clean. It was very spacious but cosy at the same time. I really liked the fact that by renting the flat they also allow you to use a bike for free. The staff speak good english (not that often found in Leipzig) and were very solicitous. -
