Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. The residence is very close to Alexander Platz that is in the hart of
downtown animations and at several minutes walk only from museum
historic sites. It is also at 3 minutes walk from U-bahn, 6 minutes walk
for S-bahn, 10 minutes walk from txl bus to Tegel Airport. While along a
big boulevard, the inside building is completely new and design like

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Μου άρεσε που το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και έτσι μπορούσα να μετακινηθώ πολύ εύκολα. Επίσης μου άρεσε που το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και με μεγάλο παράθυρο αλλά και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. - Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά, και το πρωινό τέλειο.

The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing
to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again

40+ couple. Stayed in twin/double room for 2 nights. Ideal as a base. Next to gas station if driving. Quiet sound proofed rooms, clean, open 24hours, value for money, friendly and helpful staff. We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even
a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed
was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and
always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't
comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel
the need to

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
