Excellent breakfast bar; convenient location, friendly staff. I also hada dinner there which was very good for the price. - The security-when we got there to check in, you had to ring the door bell before you scould get in.

Well located in the old town and idea for Christmas Markets, restaurants and sightseeing tours.
The staff were most helpful and deserve to be complemented on there customer service and general helpfulness

The location is hard to beat. The room size was large for a European hotel, easily accommodating the extra bed for our child. - Location is excellent - directly in front of Porta Nigra (great view), parking is in the hotel.

Excellent staff. Couldn't be more helpful and spoke much better English than my German.
Good parking for cars and motorcycles with small charge
Rooms clinically clean and well laid out.
Excellent position, 200 mtrs from the old walled town with plenty of Restaurants etc.

We liked every aspect of normal hotel amenities found at the ante porta. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was perfectly designed for function and comfort, the bathroom answered all needs, the breakfast was sensational and the location superb. The parking was convenient and secure. I would stay at this hotel and any other just like it anywhere in the world if available.

Our room was fabulous and very clean. It had a nice shower and a bathtub(!), plus a hair drier and magnifying mirror for makeup. The room and bath had many shelves and towel rods for laying your stuff out and staying organized. Bed very comfortable. Pay for the parking behind hotel. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

A free drink at the bar was offered after check-in, which was a nice touch.
The location is close (5 mins walk) to the old city centre, yet easy to unload bags/check-in as there is a reserved bay in front of the hotel. Private covered parking is available a 2 min walk away (4.70 euros per night), the WiFi worked fine on my visit.

We brought our dog and for breakfast they had a table reserved complete with a mat for the dog. Such a small thing made a big impression. - This is a lovely hotel With a very pleasant atmosphere.Excellent breakfast
