  Very good located in "Kreuzberg" with lots of nice bars and restaurants next door. Perfect as a starting point for a city trip. New and modern rooms and bathroom with all you need. Big flat Screen.   We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited
