  Truely new and luxurious hotel, defintely worth 4 stars (i'd say allmost 5), excellent bar with barkeeper really making the best of all his servings.   Hotel staff is really great! Hotel is in very good location - about 5 minutes takes to get by walk to Central Train Station ( Koeln HBF) and a few minutes to shopping street ... We arrived early, but they arranged that our room be prepared first so that we were able to occupy it before the official check-in time, without feeling that we were putting anyone out.
