  Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions .   We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. It was our 3rd time in Berlin in 2 years but our first staying in an apartment. Mela the manager had the apt equipped for us and even had a present for my son, she is a lovely lady. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre.   Such a nice apartment, we felt like we were at home! the young man responsible for the key handover was very friendly and helpfull, he was already there as we arrived. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. I recommend staying there :) - almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request. very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner. The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much! A free bottle of water provided in the room.

  The apartment was great! We were a group of 9 girls in our late 20s & there was plenty of room for us all. Only 2 bathrooms so was hectic when all trying to shower but we made it work! There's a supermarket 3 blocks away or a small one opposite, & a taxi rank outside Checkpoint Charlie. Balcony as well and a very quiet area, no problems sleeping at all. Would definitely stay again.

  We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.
