Excellent Hotel! Best we ever stayed in. Great location. Friendly Staff. Lovely views of the city from our room. All round high quality place. Would recommend it highly. - The service and total package was outstanding. Staff were fantastic.

Being welcomed at the hotel in a very friendly and polite way throughout the short stay. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked. One of the hotels I would certainly recommend, and I have

Location; quite and calm in a nice part of town without being isolated in nowhere.

Very chic hotel with fancy decoration - only paid 105 € a night for a single room in august 2008 - quite cheap - chic area with nice boutiques and restaurant plus near to Alster Lake - Gorgeous view from our room over the breakfast patio. Quiet at night, amazing location on the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and always answered yes (

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. -
Fantastic accomodation in a very nice neighborhood close to the city center. In sum: Spitzenklasse!

The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

The view is wonderful overseeing the harbour! The room is as well as high-tech and comfort. We were having fun in those high-tech buttoms close/open the window blades and turn on/off the lights. As an apartment, the facilities are very complete but simple. The last but not the least, the location is perfect in 15-minute walking distance to Reeperb

This was first time having a Suite. I felt like having my first compartment this time 60 m2 with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa set and a panorama view over Elbe river and the harbour. I bought some food nearby and wine and had a nice party with my friends in the evening.
It really pays of to have a suite not all needs to have it but with this resource you can make something very good with your business friends.
