Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where
taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great
restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore
that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very
easy to not leave the hotel

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλή γιατί ο επισκέπτης έχει την δυνατότητα να περπατήσει μέχρι το κέντρο και τα καταστήματα τηςπόλης. Επίσης σημαντικό είναι ότι είναι κόντα στον σταθμό του τρένου και το μετρό. Αρνητικό είναι ότι βρίσκεται περικυκλβωμένο απο κακόφημα κέντρα και οίκους ανοχής. Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

pretty well perfect for a layover in frankfurt.
three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

The location and the excellent staff - The best thing was the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the central location to the Christmas Markets, staff very helpful too
