  The apartment was great for our 4 day long-weekend in Berlin. It was clean and welcoming, and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and the extra bed we booked was made up ready on arrival.   My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase) and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (... τι λέει ο κόσμος » but there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur Hot - The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I would suggest takeing the little more expensive comfort room because standard one is very small (at least mine was). Breakfast is good, rooms are very clean, free WiFi w

  Upon arrival one of the rooms we booked was not ready, however we arivedaround noon, check in is normally not until 2:00. We left all ourluggage in the room that was ready and went out, when we arrived back,Dieter had put a bottle of wine on ice in the room that had not beenready. Deiter went out of his way to make certain that our stay was agood o... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ne, he is a wondeful assest to the hotel. - The atmosphere is very pleasant; the rooms are big, well decorated and cosy; the staff takes care of all details and the hotel is very well placed just in the centre of Berlin. If I come back to Berlin we will for sure choose the same hotel. - It was really in centre of the Berlin; Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D

  This is my most favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my 2 month trip through Europe. The price was definetly affordable for the accomodations, the staff was incredibly helpful and I really couldn't of asked for a better room. I definetly will stay here again every time I am in Berlin.
