  Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Room was small, but comfy, with street view. They've cleaned and arranged the room every day.   A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. It wasn't overly big, but it was comfortable enough. The bed was particularly comfortable.
