We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

  I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time. I would typically stay in another hotel close by when visiting Berlin but I would make Karlito Apartments my regular place to stay from now on.   Owner was so helpful with pre-planning our arrival. Apartment was fantastic! Very clean and modern. Close to underground. Couldn't have asked for more.....will definately recommend to others!
